WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

Items that are returnable for change of mind are noted as such in the description below the item. If an item is non-returnable it is also noted in the description. As long as the item is in original packaging in new, unused condition, the item can be returned to us within 30 days of original purchase. It is up to customer to pay return shipping and item will be refunded minus our cost of original shipping and a %15 Re-stocking fee. Please let us know before hand why you are returning the item and contact us via email or phone so we can assist you with your return to avoid any confusion.

HOW DO CUSTOMERS RETURN ITEMS?

It is up to customer to return item, usually directly delivering it to the company store is the easiest option, other Methods can include Botswana Post, and other couriers.

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS?

Customers must pay return shipping on all return items, item will be refunded minus the original cost of original shipping

CREDIT FOR RETURNS?

Customer will be refunded into original account that was used to purchase item.

PACKING MATERIALS?

Items MUST be returned in original packaging in original condition otherwise no refund/credit will be given

WHICH ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE?

Electrical are not returnable once they leave the shop premises (note: Please make sure you test and check the functionality of the item you are purchasing before taking accepting it. ) & Fresh food items are not returnable beyond 24 hours of purchase.
